Dear Support, I've activated the sierra chart Exchange Data Feed: 250 Real-Time Symbols (1st Connection), and previously I used equity data feed as well ($10.50), but I don't see it in the available services section (attached photo). Could you help me please, how can I activate it? Thank you |

There are two possibilities we can cancel the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed on your account and then you can use our new NASDAQ data feed which is explained here: How to Use New NASDAQ Total View Data Feed | Post: 293421 This also includes data for NYSE and AMEX stocks. This is meant to replace the US Equities through the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Or we can manually, activate the US Equities exchange part of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for you. Only we have the ability to activate that exchange if it is not already active on your account. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Thank you for the answer. The NASDAQ feed is preferable to me given the level II. Please cancel the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, but if im not mistaken my current Sierra Chart Usage Time at Service Package 5 - Advanced. is not sufficient for the NASDAQ feed Can you also cancel it and refund proportionally (it is paid until 2022-09-08 00:00:00 UTC), such that i can buy service package 10 or higher? Am I right that with package 11 the Denali Exchange Data Feed is also included for 46 USD/month ? Is it the NASDAQ US stock data is also included or it is an additional 16$ ? Thank you |

We canceled and refunded the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed on your account. We have changed your Service Package to 11 which includes the Denali Data Feed. Complete the NASDAQ agreements here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_NASDAQ Let us know when done. There is a 16 USD exchange fee for NASDAQ. So your total cost is going to be 24 USD additional per month. 8 USD for the Denali Data Feed at package 11 and 16 USD for the NASDAQ. This is a cost savings as compared to previously where you would pay about 36 USD a-month for the US Equities. 25 for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed plus about 11 for the US equities exchange fee. The NASDAQ data feed is now active for you. Make sure you are using the correct symbols. Refer to: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Nasdaq TotalView Data Feed Notes To change the existing symbols of your charts you can do that through Chart >> Chart Settings>> Symbol. I see small volume with the Nasdaq feed and I found this thread: How to Use New NASDAQ Total View Data Feed So currently I'm not sure what does this exactly mean: 'Regarding the lower volume values seen with the NASDAQ TotalView data feed as compared to the full consolidated tape (A,B,C),' - by lower volume do you mean slightly lower or what is the order of magnitude of the difference? I'm seeing like 90% difference in the volumes (eg. 1M on the nasdaq and 10M on the previously used feed). Is is what i supposed to see or i made a mistake during setting the feed up? With currently what i see i'm afraid i cannot really use it could you please respond thank you |

Yes there is lower volume with NASDAQ TotalView and we are working on a solution which is explained here at post #20: How to Use New NASDAQ Total View Data Feed If you can wait for the solution which should be about a month, then just wait. Otherwise, we can activate the US equities exchange you had previously active. What symbol do you notice a 90% volume reduction with? I was looking at CCJ for example. Yesterday volume was around 3M on the sierra feed vs 0.5M on the totalview feed. Please let me know if you see the same. If yes, could you please reactivate the previous feed for me? Thank you! |

Yes this can very well be the case. We had a call with NASDAQ today, regarding solving this problem. We will implement a solution to it we expect in about 30 days. Yes we will get the previous data feed activated for you. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. You now have access to the US Equities Feed from BarChart again. Barchart account created and feature expiration date extended by 25 days. If Sierra Chart is running, this will go into effect within 3 minutes. The Market Data Feed has been activated, and will be renewed. This change will go in effect in approximately 3 minutes. If it does not, then restart Sierra Chart after that time. Activated 'U.S. Equities (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX)' on account #1 on the Barchart system. The 'U.S. Equities (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX)' exchange has been internally activated, and will be renewed. This change will go in effect in approximately 3 minutes. If it does not, then restart Sierra Chart after that time. |

Hi Sierra Chart Team, Previously in this thread we discussed that in case of the Nasdaq-totalview data feed the volume looks too low and in these posts: How to Use New NASDAQ Total View Data Feed Upcoming Data Feed Plans 2, New Exchange I dont see any updates regarding that. I also checked for CCJ (and CCJ-NQTV) and I still see small volumes in case of the nasdaq feed. (for the 2022 july period it is around 0.5 M only on average) Could you please advise? I would definitely switch to the nasdaq-totalview feed for US equities if it works properly. Thank you in advance |

Thank you for that feedback. We are progressing on the development side with the SIP Feeds ( (1) CTA Tape A, (2) CTA Tape B, (3) UTP Tape C ); we envision being able to combine the SIP Volumes with the Nasdaq TotalViews Market Depth Data. Come back to us in a month and we will let you know where we are.
