DOM no longer displaying resting orders

Hi, Sorry to trouble you, but after renewing and reactivating my account I no longer see testing orders on my DOM. Did I some how deactivate that functionality? Thanks in advance for the help. Kindest Regards, Chris |

You are only setup to get the Market Depth data for the CFE exchange. You do not have an exchange with Market Depth data activated for the CME Group. To change your exchange selections for the CME Group, go to the following page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Note that the exchange do not give refunds, so if you deactivate an exchange, you will actually continue to get the data through the end of the month. ---- Separately, we see that you have a connection active on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, but you do not have any exchanges activated. If you do not need anything from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, then you should deactivate the connection so you do not continue to be charged for it.
