You need real-time US stock data? First thing to do is to change the symbol to the NASDAQ TotalView symbol format. Thank you for the quick reply i have added my Interactive Brokers account info, subscribed to the standard + Denali package data is showing but its delayed. How can we fix this to make the data real time? Thanks |

The NASDAQ data feed is active on your account. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". When syncing my Interactive Account Brokerage account with your charts i was able to get live data. Now i want to be able to remove my trading account my account and just connect to Sierra chart data will that turn off my live time data? I believe i read somewhere that this needs to be done to verify funds in my account and than i can disable this feature. Thanks

To access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions. Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services". Press "OK" And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service) You can then use the data provided by Sierra Chart independent of your trading service. I need to schedule an remote assistance because my live time data is not working by itself. It only works when my Interactive Broker is linked with my account. Please help this is become very frustrating not able to use your chart as standalone without having to use my brokers account data.
