Hello, I have a serious problem with my platform. When I take a position on the Dax microphone, I have an additional position that appears in time and in profits without ever having access to it. This is a big problem because I don't know the nature of the position (long or short) and I have no way to close it. I have already contacted my broker who confirms that I have no latent position. Moreover, the order statement does not match my broker's statement. The configuration of my CQG is consistent. My Sierra Chart platform is up to date. Can you solve the problem urgently please because I am real and not in simulation! This problem coming from your platform could cost me my capital!!! Moreover the losses incurred may be your responsibility but my lawyer is already on the file. Please contact me or provide me with a quick solution to this huge problem. I send you a few screenshots where you will see my profit of this 30.03.22 with my broker (+15) and the loss according to your platform (-16). You will also see my 5 positions of the days (that long) with the small blue triangle and the time spent more than 22h on it which is impossible! In short, I seriously doubt the reliability of your platform in real! Each time I'm opening new position an invisible position is working but I don't know which position!!!
