Set Up Help for Trading - Live Data not working

Hello, I'm setting up SC for trading with a prop firm through a Simulated account but I'm still unable to get live data.

1. I followed instructions from the prop firm to switch the "Current Selected Service" to Trading Evaluator.
2. I have the Standard Package + Denali Live Feed, and have gotten the CME Live data for Non-pros ($3.5 one).
3. I followed the instructions to enable "Allow SUpport for SC data feeds" under common settings in data/service settings. I disconnected and reconnected a few times as well but still cannot get live data.

Hope that I can get some help with this.

You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month. Refer to the following:
