Hi - I am trying to utilise my SC account but the charts, data etc are all frozen.

I recently paid for all of the data feeds (last week) with the relevant items being green. However, SC does not seem to work for me.

Can you please advise what I am doing wrong?

We need to understand what you mean by "Frozen" are you just not getting any new data? Are you able to interact with the software or not? Is the program completely locked up such that you can not even close the software?
