Hello! I have split my main chartbook into two pieces; one is all my charts/footprints, the other my DOM. I want to have the chart/footprints run on DENALI feed I already have enabled so that I have historical charts, and I want to run my DOM based off of the CQG/Tradovate feed or my prop trading account through Rithmic. I played around trying to create different instances of Sierra for a couple hours today to no avail. Any help appreciated. |

Our recommendation is to just use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for all your data. You can have 2 separate installations of Sierra Chart on the same computer receiving the data at the same time. Refer to the information here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed Connections on Same Computer Simultaneously But, to setup what you want, you would need to have 2 separate installations. The first one would be connected to the Denali Exchange Data Feed as you have had it. The other would need to be connected to your CQG or Rithmic account and then you would need to set the option for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to No. Refer to the following for how to install another Sierra Chart: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart And refer to the following for information on the setting for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds: Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
