Hello, I am trying to open a chart sent by one of my friends who uses AMP Futures. I cannot open the chart. When I open it the screen does nothing and is blank. Any solutions?I am runnign a trial version. Also, if I buy the paid version now, will I be paying for the entire of March? Thank you, M |

Most likely this is just due to different symbols. After you open the chartbook, select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service and you should get the data displaying. I am runnign a trial version. Also, if I buy the paid version now, will I be paying for the entire of March?
The Sierra Chart subscriptions are on a 31 day cycle. So whatever day you start a package, you will have 31 days from that point forward for your subscription.
