Questions on order fees, my trading setup and teton

Dear Sierra team, I have a couple of questions and uncertainties regarding my current setup. Maybe you can help me shed some light on it and push me into the right direction. As you probably know I use interactive brokers as my broker, Sierra chart for charting and your Denali feed. Additionally I have bookmap and rithmic feed for it. I’m currently trading the MES and the fdax mini. I’m considering switching brokers as my main objective and want to check if there is any possibility to reduce costs. I have a quote from edge clear whose fees for 1 MES contract are $0.20 Edge Clear commission, $0.32 for NFA & Exchange, and $0.10 for Rithmic order routing, currently I pay $.57 so edgeclear seems to be more expensive. I’m trying to understand what your Teton technology does in this regard. Does it save me the $0.1 for rithmic routing or where does Teton come into play? Thank you |

With the Teton Order Routing the Order Routing fee is $0.00, therefore you would save $0.10. You would need to ask Edge Clear if they can do anything with regards to the other fees. For trading CME Group, there is no reason to be using Rithmic. Teton is superior in so many ways. We do intend to add EUREX trading support but that is not yet available. Thanks for answering. I’m just wondering why they didn’t offer or point me to Teton in the first place. So I’ll get back to edge clear and ask how they will set it up. Or is this a question I need to figure out myself? Thanks |
