I sent a message yesterday and you asked me to send my message log so you could figure out the issue. I sent the message log after followed the steps that you gave me but have seen no resolution to my issue. I have paid all the fees with Sierra for data and charts, I have a broker and have paid their fees and I am still not getting live data feed. I need to get this resolved please.

We need to know the symbol of the chart that is not updating or is not real time. Just one symbol only. One symbol only. Went through these steps, still doesn't update my charts. Last day showing is 3.18.22. Can I just talk to a representative. I am willing to pay to have someone get on my computer and just make the changes. Thank you
