Hi, I subscribed for your services...package 5, but my zigzag indicator showing just zeros....no volume or ticks...thanks |

Our guess is that you are trying to accumulate a Volume other than Total Volume ("Volume to Accumulate" Input). Since you are using CQG data, any historical data will not have the Bid and Ask information to properly accumulate anything other than Total Volume.
