CQG EUREX Issues

Hi There,

I am having an error when setting up my New CQG chartbook - CME symbols are all working fine from what I can see, however when I add my EUREX symbols (DAX, BUND, STOXX) I get the following Error (see attached)

I have paid for both CME and EUREX bundles with my CQG data feed through AMP - IS this an error on their side possibly? It does say data for this symbol is only available with a sierra chart feed however?

EDIT - I am also getting this error with NYMEX CLE (CL contract)

In order to get the EUREX data, we require that you are on Package 10 or higher. We have set your account to Evaluate Package 12 for 30 days. This will allow you to get the CQG EUREX data for the next 30 days without having to make any changes.

Just remember to change your package to Package 11 before the end of these 30 days so you can continue to get the EUREX data.

Still having issues the the CLE contract - What do i need to do for this??

FYI John - I have checked with AMP and CQG (CQG platform itsself also) and my CLE data feed is working correctly and I have live data via the CQG platform - Just unable to get it sorted within Sierra Chart

Hi John - Just wanting to confirm I have upgraded to the correct Package to continue to keep my EUREX data? I have just upgraded to SP 11 with Denali?

Being on Package 11, you will be able to get the EUREX data from CQG.

If you want to get the EUREX data from us, then you would just need to go through the Setup Instructions for EUREX at the following link, part of which is activating the EUREX exchange which costs $25.00 USD per month, and you can then stop the CQG EUREX data.
