Slow slow performance

My 2nd instance has many chartbooks. Loading takes a long time and using the tools etc. is slow. It even freezes up at times. Some troubles started after I installed Windows 11, don't know if that is relevant. Also seemed to slow when I install Discord, which I uninstalled but I'm still having so much slowing I can't trade.
