I cannot see the historical data before March 2022

Good day.
I got the Package 11 and made rollover for CME - MES, but the historical data was not downloaded and doesn´t show the data before March 2022 with the OHLC Bars configuration.
I only see the data after the rollover MESM22 -Jun 2022. even after following the instructions like delete and dowload data, changing the days to load in "Chart settings" with no success.
The candlestick bars only load from Dec 2021.

You need to use the Continuous Futures Contract chart functionality:

Also be aware that the MES is a new contract and only goes back so far. Maybe about two years.
