Thursday 17th April data not downloading for ES. Using DDT as a broker TT Fix Trading Service. Tried all suggestions in help - didn't help. |

Hello, I will add to this thread as I have similar problem TT Fix data feed Sierra chart 1115 Historical data downloading for YM-201406-CBOT until Thursday 17th (including). Not Friday 18th, and not Monday 21st. Storing data only when connected, but no historical download for these two days. Tried delete and download from this point on chart, and tried to delete YM-201406-CBOT data. New download downloaded all up until the Friday data. I did reset symbol settings no help Data/Trade service settings --> "Use CME gateway for CBOT symbols unchecked. I tried to check it, again delete and download, no help (few months back, there was something similar with update (around 1067) and this helped) I'm using rollover continuous contract, but I tested all for simple YM-201406-CBOT and ES-201406-CBOT Thank you in advance for your help Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-04-21 15:12:34

Ok,1122 solved it Can I ask question, why is there this complication with 10min delay? Is it something TT is doing? |
