Strings assigned to s_SCNewOrder::TextTag do not get saved for 'other' accounts ie accounts which are not set as current and do not appear in the Trade Orders window.

What ACSIL function are using to submit the order? And are you referring to submitting an order for a different account, different than the trade account the chart is set to?
