Hi I have current Denali data subscriptions. I understand from other posts here that ARCA data is part of Denali. I am only receiving DELAYED DIA (ETF) data for 7 days back and need realtime. I use the API to IB. Do I need to add an ARCA subscription under Denali for ETF/STock data? Or is this a technical matter of the IB API working with Denali? |

We see that you have activated the NASDAQ TotalView exchange for your account, which will give you the real-time data you need. If you are still having an issue, then make sure that the symbol is entered as DIA-NQTV in order to get the TotalView data.
