Entering study data into Sierra file

Hello, One of the Studies I am using is the "Horizontal Lines". I have in there numerous lines that I use to fill manually to create zones. Is there a possibility to directly enter those data (from an Excel sheet for instance) into the Sierra file present into my C disk ? Thank you very much in advance. Best regards, Jean-Marie Boulay |
