ILQ to Advantage transfer: login problem

Advantage futures has taken over my account form institutional liquidity(velocity futures) but my login and password are not longer valid s of 4/17 I was able to use the platform 4/16. I called advantage they said it was a error on sierra charts side I still cannot access the platform |

The problem is Velocity Futures changed the password on your account and we are not sure why. The easiest thing to do at this point is to log into Sierra Chart using the account that you use to post this message with.
