Us Equities Data not working on Denali

Hello, I am having real trouble getting my US stock data to have a feed or to update. It has not been working for a week or two. I am on the Denali exchange with service level 5. There is not option to reactivate my US equities data. It just shows this https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DenaliExchangeDataFeed.php#SupportedExchanges. Would really appreciate your help asap please |
