I'm a bit confused. I signed up for a feed that will expire today. Since I require real time charting is this the feed that I need?. I assume it is the nasdaq feed that I have been usually temporarily. Is the danali feed for delayed data? What will be my monthly charge if I use the nasdaq feed? I am having some trouble with my charts--for instance when I type in SMH I can't get the chart. Also during the day my charts quit updating. I have to log out an log back in to get the real time charts. |

You have not signed up for any data from us. We think the item you are referring to in terms of "expiring today" is the trial of Package 12. But that does not give specific data with it. It just lets you try out the package to see if you want those features. Before we can answer anything else, we need to know what are the exchanges for which you want real-time data? If you want to use the NASDAQ data feed, follow the instructions here: How to Use New NASDAQ Total View Data Feed Make sure you use the correct symbol format. So for that symbol you would use: SMH-NQTV The Denali Exchange Data Feed provides real-time data. The cost is going to be the cost of package 10 + the 16 USD for the NASDAQ exchange fee.
