Dear support Team,

regarding my question. When I use the replay mode the historical data will not be loaded completly (see screenshot attached). Can you please tell me how to fix this issue ?

This problem only occurs since this week, before erverthing was loaded correctly.

Thank you in advance for your help !

No special data gets loaded when you start a replay, it just replays the data that is already there. Therefore, you would need to check and see if there was data already there or not prior to starting the replay.

If there is historical data missing, then refer to the following for how to redownload missing data for an Intraday chart:
Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart

You need to use the Continuous Futures Contract functionality:
Continuous Futures Contract Charts

This is the reason for the problem. The chart is not a continuous contract chart.

Save time: Make sure you've got enough intraday data loaded for "Replay Chart" mode. Go to Chart> click on Chart Settings (I mean bring up the full square version, ignore the abbreviated menu to the right) >> Data Limiting tab> Days to Load for Intraday Chart Data Type. (Set this higher if you're having problems.)

The formal instructions elsewhere are a bit off. They say that you must search for "Use Number of Days to Load." That's not exactly right. You need to search for "Days to Load for Intraday Chart Data Type." This search may be a bit difficult because the instruction currently omit the fact that you must first click on the "Data Limiting" tab.) Hope this helps someone someday. :)
