Hi, I have a problem with the "Continuous Futures Contract" fonction in the chart settings. Before today I could load the backup for the futures contract with this function for all the contract (Eurex, CME, etc.) but since today I can't. It only load the current contract without the backup even I choose any Continuous contract option. It just works for the Eurobund. Could you help me with this problem please? For your information I have the current version of Sierrachart. Thanks in advance, Nicolas B |

Please give us one example of the issue you are seeing and tell us what the Continuous Futures Contract setting is set to, and how many days you have set to load in your chart. As you can see on the both image attached, I try to load 600 days historical data and the date stop on the 2021-3-19. If I try to delete and reload the data, the software take 10 long minutes to reload exactly the same thing. I don't think I have change any settings but it could be. I have this problem for all the symbol unless FGBL.
