Hi Team, I'm having trouble with the data been plotted on SC via CGQ level 2 feed. SO FAR action taken: -I'm on Windows 11 and up to date with the latest patches. -AMP Futures support confirmed I'm on the correct feed with level 2 enabled. -Deleted SC locally and reinstalled -Created new chart with symbol F.US.MNQH22 from new install of SC (current version 2364 64bit / 41268M ) -Missing level 2 data is not coming through, its a flat line Please check on the attached picture and look at the Delta region for the plotted feed, is missing, but at my friend SC terminal, it's showing in full data. Your historical data is all flat due to the lack of Ask/Bid data in the data that is not received live. Sierra Chart is not supporting CQG historical tick by tick data any longer. You need to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed and the information given is very precise. Look at the version notes for version 2351: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2351 In general you should consider CME and EUREX market data from CQG fully unsupported by Sierra Chart. This is very sad and CQG is not a small time data provider to say they are " hugely inferior ". Big French Banks and US Banks use CQG on institute level. I use to set them up for the banks. After digging around, you eventually reply with the message above. You could have been very clear at the start that you have removed it from you coding instead of giving us the RUN AROUND and not been truthful of you intention. |

This is basic absolute fact. They simply do not even come close to the capabilities we offer. We will be discontinuing CME and EUREX market data through CQG and eventually discontinuing CQG later this year in its entirety. We simply do not want CQG in our software any longer. They are a competitor. We offer superior services, and we do not want to be supporting them any longer. It makes no sense to be using CQG, if you are trading the CME Group. And once we offer, EUREX, it will not make sense to be using CQG for EUREX either.
