Hi I just paid for package 5 i used to have the delayed date i paid to be upgraded to live data but the DOM is still the delayed data what can I do to have real time data thank you |

We do not see any exchanges having been activated for your account, therefore we do not understand what you mean by "i paid to be upgraded to live data...". What are the exchanges for which you want real-time data? Also, if you are wanting data from the CME Group, then be aware of their requirement that you have a lived, funded, futures trading account.
