Sierra is not loading historical data via Rithmic

Hello, My Sierra Charts stopped loading the historical data and won't update at all as I try to roll the June expiry. It's just kind of frozen. I'm using Rithmic and haven't had any issues until this last week. I've tried trouble shooting it myself and reconnecting the data feed, but nothing is working. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! |

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees. Gotcha. Apologies on that. Thought I already did that this month. I do have an account with AMP brokerage and when I link through SC Data for verification nothing happens and the data remains delayed. I double checked and the Amp account is linked to Sierra Charts too. Not sure what I'm missing as I've followed all the steps
