Hi there, I am experiencing missing data on all charts (daily,60,30,15min,5min,1min timeframes). It seems that whenever I log off and return it does not backfill the historical data. ie. when I logoff at 17h15 and open the platform at 6h45 all the overnight candles are missing. I did follow instructions provided, and right clicked and hit the "delete and download" data, but the historical candles did not download. I'm trading the ES4M. I would also like know what is the minimum internet speed required for SC. Thank You. BF |

I would also like know what is the minimum internet speed required for SC. We cannot answer this. You need to monitor your own network connection.
