Have been using Denali data for a long time, suddenly not working today, charts not loading backfill, not sure where the issue is, not set to renew for another few days. Please help diagnose issue/get corrected ASAP, thanks. Is there any way to set up so trading service can automatically load backfill in a situation like this? Thank you, saw the service package renewal but not the exchange fee separate, wish there was a way to combine them to simplify.
