Not getting real time data

Hi, I have CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX Exchanges activated and need real-time data for index futures and commodities. I have these in real time before for months since I started subscription. I don't know what has changed that now I don't have access to real time data. I did not change anything except automate subscription payment. |

The only exchange that is activated is the CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book. So you should be getting real-time data for instruments on the CME exchange, such as ES. Otherwise, if your Current Selected Service is set to "SC Data - All Services", then any other CME Group instrument will be Delayed Streaming data.
