How do I initiate remote help. My charts do not seem to be printing candles as they usually do. I am using a 2000 tick chart of the Micro ES and for the whole day only 50 candles are showing.

Keep in mind that the ES/MES just rolled over, so if you are looking at the previous H contract, then it would not be surprising that there is not much trading occurring. Make sure you on the current M contract.
