Running live data on two systems on updated version

Updated yesterday to new version on system " A", While System "b" ran older 2230. Today updated System B, However could not get System B to current price on CME products " delayed data". I reversed the update on system "B" and back to live data so all is well. My question, what could cause this ? and how to resolve when I do update it. No rush on this as I have full functions :) Thank you as always for the time ! |

There is no reason for this to occur, as you are setup to get data to two different computers at the same time. We would really need some information when your system is at the current release so we can find out why it is occurring. If you get time to update to the current release and are still having an issue with the data, then please get us your Message Log from that system by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is.
