Slow historical data download

From time to time SC downloads historical data really slow, e.g. around 40s to download less than 3 hours of intraday data. Why? How to solve this? Internet connection is fine. In one of the cases where it took 39s to download 3 hours of data there was 70540 records. So it's not just a matter of how much time has passed, but the amount of activity within that time. The line two up from the Completion time gives the amount of data such as the following: Received 70542 Intraday data records from 2022-03-10 15:10:33.136000 to 2022-03-10 17:47:40.239000 (2.6 hours) and wrote 70540 records for GBPCAD Therefore, we do not see anything unusual with this, depending on your Internet Service, connectivity, etc. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

There are too many factors that can play into this that we can't say where the issue is. Most likely is is related to your Internet connection to our servers.
