its not working, error says i am not using "not using http proxy server settings." i sent full log to support, no way of copying and pasting in the installer window |

I use Parallels to run sierra chart, the issue was coming from Parallels, i have solved it now. thank you.... i have also connected to teton routing.

Ok but still it is very important that you moved to Teton routing anyway. Since we will be closing down the TT based service.
