How do I keep the Trade Service Log from popping up after a trade is closed? Or how to do I prevent it from popping up at all?

If it is opening, then that means there was some kind of issue. Please post what is showing in your Trade Service Log so we can see what the issue is. You can set the following option to force the Message Log and Trade Service Log to not show up, but in general they are only supposed to open when there is something important to show.
