Hello, and apologies if this is user error. I have consulted the forums and spent the past hour trying to troubleshoot myself, yet am coming up empty. My CL data is delayed, even though it shows that it is active on my account support panel. Have tried all the fixes on the appropriate boards and have had no success. Please advise. |

Everything about your account looks good and you have the exchange you need activated. Therefore, we need to see your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
