HI. I upgraded from version 5 to version 12 today. I am running sierra In the following manner....I have the main instance and three additional Instances running on the same computer with multiple screens. After the upgrade I disconnected the data feed then reconnected again. I am unable to get data for the MARKET BY ORDER column in my DOM running in Instance4. Please help

You do not have any exchanges active on the Denali Exchange Data Feed. In order to get the MBO data, you need to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed and you need to ensure that the exchanges you activate have the Market Depth data in them. You will find the Setup Instructions in the links at the top of the following page.
