Hi there, I have been using Sierra chart real time data for over a year now using the lower priced CME method, from Monday this has stopped. You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month. I have followed the link you have provided. Step 3: Set the Current Selected Service setting to your Trading service. Refer to the Supported Data and Trading Services section for links to complete instructions for connecting to each of the supported Trading services. Make sure you are connecting Sierra Chart to your Live Trading account. For this part of the process, I am confused, as I cannot see my broker ( AMP Futures ). This is the live trading account connected to my sierra chart that I have been using for over a year. Please advise. |

Most likely with AMP they have set you up to use CQG for your Order Routing. Therefore, you will need to follow the instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to your CQG account: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
