I have a significant amount of bugs that I am working through I can create multiple tickets if needed 1.Occasionally simulated trades will either completely exit themselves without touching them or trades will execute without me directly placing them (Random Execution of simulated trades). I have strategies setup at 10-20-40 points with a 10p stop loss but when these trades execute none appear. Only a naked trade as shown in the 2. screenshot -https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1646671550399.png 2. The "current price line study" and Study Sub graph Add(10points+) do not print even when settings are compared with working instances from other traders - https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1646671550399.png 3.Occasionally the data feed stops entirely and fails to print any new candles. A total restart of the program usually fixes the problem until it appears again on a nearly daily basis 4. The main install is not downloading new updates It appears that when a brand new chart instance is opened up regardless of symbol, problem 2 disappears but soon reappear after time. What can I do to start resolving these issues? Chart book has been uploaded. Thank you for your time |

1. It's not possible for Sierra Chart to create random orders. Therefore, there is something occurring that you need to figure out. In particular, make sure the Trade Window is setup as you want the trades to execute and the option for Use Attached Orders is selected. Refer to the following: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Use Attached Orders Also make sure that the Time in Force is set to what you want and is not something odd. Refer to the following: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main >> TimeInForce (Time in Force): 2. The Scale for the Main Price Graph in the NQ chart is Independent. You need to set this to Automatic. 3. We can not help with 3rd party data. We recommend using our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead. Refer to the information here: Denali Exchange Data Feed 4. We need more information. In particular, if you have a problem with the installation, select the button in the top of the window to "Send Log to Support" and then let us know that you have done so. 2. Make sure the Scale Range of the Main Price Graph is set to Automatic.
