Chart >> Chart Settings and set the Bar Period Type to # of Trades per Bar and then set the Setting below that to 1.

i found the market depth for 1 tick chart got many black space, is it normal? There is no depth data at some tick bar and levels for 1 tick chart, and i have download all depth data, it still happened.

Yes, it is normal, because the chart does not actually update the studies at every tick, but rather according to the Chart Update Interval, which is 500 milliseconds by default. To fill in the missing data you would want to use the option Extend Last Known Depth. if i set the chart update interval to 1 millisecond, it it be able to get a market depth at every tick datapoint? Or is there any other way in SC to get a prefect market depth with 1 tick chart?

The Chart Update Interval has no effect upon the data included in the chart. All data which is provided by the data feed is included.
