Why do you repeatedly contact us about this? We have repeatedly told you this is a Transact server issue which we have no control over. You continue to apparently ignore us and you continue to bother us with this Transact nonsense/issue.

You need to move away from Transact. We can have a broker contact you today to help you move your account.

We want you to move to a new broker. Transact does not care about you at all. This is provable fact which which is right in front of all of us. Please get away from transact as soon as possible.

This issue, and repeated posting of this problem only exemplifies, why we have terminated support for Transact and we are telling users to leave Transact to a superior solution and with a broker who will care about you, and where we are providing the best technical solution to our customers and to you once you move to our Teton and Denali services.
