Dear Support

I've read the above and other pages but I just wanted a short confirmation as to whether the stored tick data is timestamped with the source-time (exchange) as one would assume or the local/destination time (computer time-zone)?

I appreciate you are busy but any clarification would be gratefully received.

Many thanks.

Intraday Data File Format: DateTime

This Date and Time value is and must be in the UTC time zone.

I'll ask again as I don't think the question it was read.

Dear Support

I've read the above and other pages but I just wanted a short confirmation as to whether the stored tick-data is time-stamped with the source-time (exchange) as one would assume, or the local/destination time (computer set time-zone)?

I appreciate you are busy but any clarification would be gratefully received.

(Put simply, which one is it?)

Many thanks.

With Sierra Chart provided data feeds, the time stamping originates from the remote data source. In most cases this is the case. An exception would be Interactive Brokers which uses the local time stamp adjusted to UTC.
