Good morning, up until yesterday, I was backtesting and I was connected to the “SC Data - All services” which allowed me to have delayed data for free. I now switched from that server to “CQG WebAPI”, which is the one I should be connected to in order to start trading live on my account. However, as soon as the charts update with the new symbol ticker (based on the new connection), both my trading time frame (3000Vol) and the footprint chart seem to go nuts… In the fp chart seems that no one is trading this market, while in the vol chart I see lots of dashes instead of candles. I started to "dig deeper" to understand the problem and seemed that I was not using the Denali exchange which you recommend for real-time data, so I switched to package 11 but nothing has changed. My charts are still as they were before activating the Denali exchange. Of course when I was connected to the “SC Data - All services” the charts looked just fine, both the footprint and the vol chart. Can you please help me? What do I have to do to have quaility real time data? Thanks, Fabio |

You also need to activate the exchange that you require here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed After that cancel the market data exchange fees that you pay through your broker. And then you need to re-download the data: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
