I use CQG as i trade with Tradovate, and i also pay for Denali here. Issue i am having is that after i switched to CQG to get the monthly required integration and switched back to SC data and i am unable to get real time CME. It only displays dalayed data in SC. Can you guys help with telephone or by controlling my machinne. Thanks

The only Denali exchange that you have activated is for the NASDAQ TotalView exchange (U.S. Stocks). We do not see that you have ever had any of the CME Group exchanges activate and you do not have the agreements signed.

If you want to get the real-time data for the CME Group, then follow these instructions:

ok, so do I cancel the nasdaq since all I trade are futures? and sign up for the CME?

Yes, you would need to deactivate the NASDAQ TotalView exchange and activate the exchange(s) you want for the CME Group. Unfortunately we can not refund exchange fees, as the monies for these go to the exchanges and they do not give refunds.

thank you, will work on it shortly and hopefully it will fix my issue. Yes I am aware of the non refund.
