I can't log in Sierra Chart, just get 'Invalid Account or Password'. I have talked with Advantage and was told I need to contact you. Old Velocity login won't work to bring up SC to chage server settings.

We have reset your Sierra Chart charting and trading software password. It has been sent in a separate e-mail to your e-mail address. If you did not receive it, please let us know. Your e-mail provider may have filtered the message and placed it in a junk mail folder. For complete login instructions and help with possible login problems, please see:

I can log to Sierra Chart with my old account and password, but when I change the server settings it doesn't work!
