Connected this morning as normal. SC shows connection, loaded data but then stops with no chart movement except the market internal Niss-SP

Downloaded latest SC version
Rebooted computer
All internet connections OK
Still no live data despite SC showing connected

Please advise

Resolved.

Log showed max connection different devices =1, Number Current Connections Diff Devices = 2.

My laptop was closed and apparently it was connected

So only one Device at a time. In Transact days I remembered having both devices running. Assuming since switch to Stage5/Denali/Teton that is not allowed.

It is definitely not allowed by the CME Group (and we enforce their rules for our Denali Exchange Data Feed) to have more than one connection at a time unless you pay for it. Refer to the following:
