WAITING TO DOWNLOAD HISTORICAL DATA KEEPS REPEATING

Dear Sierra Group.
I reactivate my sierra account after some months.
All the Data of my charts in the chartbook has been downloaded and updated to today.
But whenever i change a chart the message keeps repeating : "Waiting to download historical data(Yellow colour)" , "Downloading Historical data, bars may not appear etc..{Blue colour} and last " Historical data download complete{Green} but it never stops.
What am i missing here?

We see you are connecting to BitMex. There must be some problem maintaining a connection to BitMex and there are continuous Reconnections causing the issue.

We cannot help with BitMex connection problems.
