Sierra Chart activation using Interactive Brokers

Hi, I have an active live real trading account with Interactive Brokers. I'm interested in using footprint charts with numbers chart, cumulative volume delta, volume delta indicator, footprint volume profile to trade market flow. I trade ES and CL futures contracts and have been told I need the advanced features service package ($36). Please advise how to complete the setup, integrate with Interactive Brokers live feed, and chart setup. Please advise how to setup payment of the service also. Thanks |
