I just bought a Service Package, but I notice that my chart is lacking. Deleting and downloading the data does not work. Can you help me with this?

Please get us a screenshot of the chart by following these instructions:

The reason we need an image using the above instructions is for us to be able to see the entire chart. There is a lot of information that can help us determine the issue by being able to see everything.
