Using Sierra Chart on two different PCs concurrently

Hello, I want to ask if it is possible to access Sierra Chart Denali Live Feed from two different PCs concurrently? I have read the articles but I am still quite unsure on how the restrictions and all that goes down. As for now, I have paid for the additional system required. Thank you.

First - the additional system that you activated is not what you need. We have set this to "Disabled" for you and refunded the $12.00 for this item. You are already allowed to have the Sierra Chart software running on up to 3 systems at the same time (this is just for the software, not the data - the data follows different rules) But, in order to get the Denali Exchange Data Feed data to two different computers at the same time, you need to follow the instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thank you for the response, I have tried to go down that route aswell and ended up with this error message when trying to set the Number of Systems to 2 Systems: "linnasusanto: Error setting number of systems to 2. At least one exchange which is active, is not enabled for renewal." Am I doing anything wrong? |

Sorry, the reason you are getting that message is because you have an exchange that is "deactivated", but what that really means is that the exchange will not renew next month, which means that the exchange is still active, but you do not want to pay for it. Given the proximity to March 1, we really recommend just waiting until that day to set the additional system. Otherwise, you would be paying a second set of exchange fees now for just the next 2 trading days of data. Just remember on March 1 to go the exchange page and select the second system.
