Hi, My current Service package is #3 and my usage time ends on 2022-03-19, So I have the following Questions: 1. In order to move to Teton Do I need to wait until my usage time ends? 2. If not, When is better to make the move, NOW or at the end of February or at the beggining of March? 3. In order to trade live once the move is completed, I understand That I need to upgrade to Package 10, So my Question is when do I need to pay the $36 Right away or until my current package ends? And What happen if I already paid for the exchange data Fees with my current Broker, Do I need to pay again the exchange data Fees? Thank You |

1. You do NOT need to wait until your current usage time ends. 2. The best time to make the move would be at the end of one month and the beginning of the next. The only reason for this is due to data feed fees. You will have to pay for the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed when you change to the Teton Order Routing service, as that is the only way to get the data. Therefore, you would not want to have to pay it twice - once to your old broker and again to us. Also, refer to the following information on how to change your package: To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to. When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time. 2. Since the exchange fees for market data are free for the first month, it does not really matter when you are moving your account. You can do this any time.
